Who's the author of this article? Are there updates to the lists? Most seem to end in 2004. These are helpful lists. I'm a librarian; I make selection lists for libraries and these lists are very helpful but I need the latest authors and titles.

Also, I can't find a viable link to Wordcraft Circle of Native Writers and Storytellers; the criteria for the awards, who is involved, etc.
