Mikhail Terentievich Yaschenko is a lawyer, rights activist, and public figure, well-known in the Magadan Oblast. He is a Dolgan and a descendants of the Khabarov clan. On the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk region as part of the Magadan region of Siberia in the Russian Federation, Mikhail Terentievich Yaschenko and his associates drew and implemented an economic plan based on traditional values of the area's indigenous people.
